Netafim Acquisition by Mexichem Revaho, part of Netafim, is happy to announce that as of Feb 7 2018, Mexichem completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Netafim. The remaining 20% will be owned by Kibbutz Hatzerim, Netafim’s founder. The total enterprise value of the transaction is US $1.895 billion.
